ISO Certification

         A very important stage in our organization’s development was the implementation, in 2005, of a Total Quality Management System (ISO SR EN 9001:2001), and than in 2008 we have obtained the recertification and the certification for Environmental Management System (ISO SR EN 14001:2005). Because we are concerned to maintain certification and to improve our quality management system, in July 2010 we got the transition to the new standard ISO SR EN 9001:2008 approval.
        The Management Systems was certified by company: SRAC CERT.
This was an important step in recognizing the competence of the organization in honoring commitments
 
ISO Certification brought many changes and advantages to our organization, such as:
• The efficient and transparent administration of our organization;
• Increase our human resources responsibility towards quality;
• Easily understand the processes that take part in our organization;
• Increase the credit our organizations gains;
• Improve our organization image in front of our business parteners;
• Confirm our customers that our organization functions on the basis of a worldwide quality system;
